Corn harvest has started on Jagels Farms. We finished harvesting soybeans and started on corn the very next day. White corn was started first, which is good for human consumption. White corn is used for tortillas and corn chips. We store it on the farm, and during the winter, we haul it to an elevator, where it is cleaned and stored. From there, it is hauled to Tyson in Fayetteville, AR, where it is processed and made into food products.
